About Us
Welcome to our site, we have a strong passion for making unique and tasty pastries! We started out in 2008-2010 making organic cooking dough for my son's school fundraiser. This then lead to distributing our cookie dough to H&L Produce and Marlene's Market. After our family relocated to Lihue, Kauai, in 2011, we supplied Splash Cafe as well as the popular Deli & Bread Connection with pastries. We take pride in making our pastries from scratch, so no added preservatives, dyes, or chemicals. We use King Arthur's flour, organic butter, pasture-raised eggs, organic milk and pour in lots of love!
